Short Sale Mortgage Specialist
Large Jacksonville employer has 25+ openings for experienced Short Sale Mortgage Negotiaors. Ideal candidates will work with customers, realtors and internal management to review, negotiate, and approve deals for list price cut offers/counter offers on the property. Coordinates short sales close with all parties, including title company, buyer, seller and junior claim holder. Adheres to internal guidelines and external investor/insurer requirements. Handles routine levels of transactions with oversight by senior staff and managers to complete daily tasks. Typically will have 2-4 years of real estate, mortgage and/or financial services experience.
This is an immediate temp to perm opportunity.
Must be available to interview Tuesday, Feb 7 and Wednesday Feb. 8, 2012.
Work hours are Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
The pay rate for this position is $17.25/hr.
