QUALITY SPECIALIST CORRECTIVE ACTION COORDINATOR
Is the main liaison for internal and external customer provided corrective action.
Responsible to ensure Corrective Action program complies with BAE business rules and report any nonconformance to the Quality Manager.
Receives all CA and enters into the Database.
Responsible to ensure customer CA is answered within the specified time frame.
Responsible to Chair Fact Finding Meetings to determine Root Cause/ Preventative Action on CA.
Responsible to ensure internal and external CA are closed and report results to for Availability Closeout.
Provide training and lessons learned on CA issues.
Supervise and mentor Quality Technicians assigned as part of the CA team.
Conduct internal and external audits of the CA program as designated by the Quality Manager. â?z« Help identify other QMS non-conformances. â?z« Lean Value Stream Manager â?z« Comply with all safety rules and promote the safety/loss control program The CA Coordinator reports directly to the Quality Manager
Required Skills:Experience with Military Contracts, NAVSEA Standard Items and ISO 9001:2008.
Internal Auditor certification required.
