Risk Management - Q&C Portfolio Office
Sourcing: Partner with sourcing to drive sourcing across the project portfolio
Purchasing: Establish cross-portfolio purchasing process and controls, enter PRs
Resourcing: Portfolio point of contact for resourcing
Finance: Partner with finance in monthly meetings to update and track the progress of the portfolio projects’ budget, commitments, spends and latest thinking, coach PMs on budgeting
Clarity: Ensure programs and projects are updated in Clarity and that the Clarity compliance weekly report meets expectations (100% consistently now)
Requirements:
Experience/background:
-Data Mapping, Data Modeling, and Data Analysis
-Project management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 4-5 years minimum experience as SAP business analyst, with 7-9 years experience in financial accounting and controlling.
Additional tasks performed regularly:
• Visio process flows
• Phone interviews
