The Assistant Restaurant General Manager works under the direction of the Restaurant General Manager to provide our guests a superior dining experience with friendly, quick, accurate service in a clean and safe environment. The ARGM is responsible for assisting the General Manager with the daily activities and operations of the restaurant including guest service, food preparation to meet brand standards, staffing, team development and administrative functions

Requirements:
If you : * Have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably quick service restaurant experience
* Can offer guests a great dining experience * Love to lead and love to learn * If you relate well to others * Solve problems and think outside the box * Are computer savvy * Financial management understanding to include labor management and P&L responsibility * If love to build a winning team through training and strong work habits.
