PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: This function acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide financial insights and support for ‘optimal’ business decision making.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Prepare finance presentations for Senior Management.
Spear-head the Company’s quarterly forecast and annual budgeting process.
Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue.
Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
Perform ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis on a quarterly, monthly, and or weekly basis.
Contribute to the company’s overall performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and as well as new projects.
Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
Support Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis.
Perform risk analysis regarding new business opportunities, acquisition analysis and other projects as requested by senior management.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA highly preferred
3 -5 years experience in finance, forecasting, planning and analysis
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
