One of our clients in the Hospital/Health Services industry is in search of a Director of Accounting. The candidate will have their bachelors in accounting or finance, a CPA is preferred. Healthcare/Hospital experience is a must! The candidate should have 8-12 years experience and 3-5 years experience supervising 4 or more people.
Requirements:
The candidate must have excellent analytical skills. The skills should include GAAP, General Ledger and spread sheets. The candidate should be comfortable with MS Word and Excel. The position will be supervising accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting and payroll. The position is also responsible for traditional financial operational functions. Solid project management skills, ability to organize, manage multiple tasks, set objectives, goals and train and motivate staff are all responsibilities of this position.
