Contract Internal Auditor
The Solomon Page Group is searching for a contract internal auditor for a large corporation here in Jacksonville.
Will assist with planning and preparing financial audits, managing audit engagements in accordance with the internal global audit plan, methodology and guidelines, working directly with the audit manager to determine audit program customization requirements, developing the necessary audit program steps to execute, and assisting in creating high-impact reports. Candidate must have heavy SOX testing experience and research with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
Requirements:
Internal Auditors must have a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or comparable degree and 5+ years of experience, preferably out of a large public accounting firm or a larger, global organization. Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CIA, CPA, or equivalent) and / or advanced business degree is strongly preferred. Also, strong knowledge of US GAAP required.
