A major financial services firm is looking for a .Net Software Engineer for a 13 month contract assignment to assist with a decommission project. The required skills sets are:
Distributed knowledge requirements:
5+ years of experience in Web Development using , C#.Net, Java Script, XML, XSL, Ajax, MS SQL. Good database skills with multiple RDBMS systems. Multi-threading and asynchronous messaging workflows. Mastery of SOA tools (messaging, web-services, XML libraries). Familiar with fixed-income products and analytics (understands the problem space and user requirements well; knows the inputs to valuation models). Familiar with Tortoise SVN. Strong communication skills.
Knowledge and experience in the brokerage industry would be an asset
